Rent Free Guests!
This morning I heard an angry yell from the bathroom. I ran upstairs to see what the commotion was about. i walked into witnessing my hub slapping his face and yelling obscenities. Turns out, we have some guests in our bathroom, trying to stay rent free. I guess my husband's comb had a few ghost ants on it and when he went to comb his hair, the ants transferred onto his beard. When he made the discovery, he wasn't a happy camper. Not that I expected him to be, but it was a highlight to my morning and hilarious to watch. Haha. If you're wondering, Ghost ants are native to Florida.They aren't harmful; just a nuisance. They are very tiny and hard to see. Normal sprays like Raid will kill them on the spot but don't resolve the actual problem. The little annoying creatures are smart! They separate and create new colonies with new queens when they aren't able to go to their original home. What I've found works is the TERRO brand bait. I've put the traps in ...
